Event Calendars

The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality brand across Europe, combining coworking, co-living, hotel, and event spaces. During my time on their design team, I created a system to make event promotion consistent across 12 Instagram accounts. I designed templates for stories and posts, both created to stand out just enough to catch the eye while scrolling, while still keeping the content recognisable and on-brand.

Each monthly post begins with a featured image tied to a key event, overlaid with a bold month sticker that works as a visual marker across all 12 locations. The carousel continues with a flexible grid for upcoming events, giving local teams room to adapt. I built the templates in Illustrator, transferred them into Canva for easy access, and added a short guide with curated photos. The result is a reusable tool that stays on-brand, makes content easier to produce, and keeps teams aligned.
